This Mental health Occupational Therapy Service will assist individuals who experience depression and anxiety. This service will assess your strengths and needs, identify any barriers to function, provide intervention to help you overcome these barriers. We will work together to create a treatment plan that is in keeping with your values and needs. 

Through regular consultations you will gain an understanding of your difficulties, learn skills to cope and prevent relapse, improve in your ability to manage daily tasks and improve your quality of life.

All clients with a GP Mental Health Plan will be bulk billed (no gap).
