    Terrible customer service from the staff member and $110 for 20 minutes of their time to tie up someones hair. ridiculously overpriced.

    We went here to have our eyebrows shaped by Steve which is he located in the hair salon. He was very nice and welcomed us warmly however we felt that a couple of the hairdressers were a little up tight and we had the feeling that they felt like they were better than anyone in the room! Whispering under their breath, giggling etc. Didn't feel comfortable at all. The remaining staff were very friendly though.
