Located just off Lt Bourke St we are a fresh concept in fitness training.
We specialise in the latest methods of functional training, strength and conditioning and body fat reduction to take your fitness and wellness to the next level and beyond. We cater to all levels of fitness with the option of one on one private training, pair training, or our semi private timetable. All training is highly creative with no session the same and each client progressed specifically. We looked forward to working with you.

    My experience with Jon Weller has improved my stability, strength and all round fitness and wellness. I had previously been doing traditional machine weight training at the gym for many years and had hit a plateau. My body had also become stiff and I lacked core strength. Through my semi private training at the studio I have greatly improved my core strength, body symmetry and am alot stronger than I ever was at the gym.
    I recommend the semi private training for anyone who is stuck in the same old program at the gym and looking to improve their total fitness and wellness.
