    We hired JPL landscaping to landscape our house garden and were quite disappointed with the average quality of work on top of a very expensive quote (40% higher than others) which we paid. Here is why: With no concern of the weather, the guys transplanted the plants on the hottest day of the summer(temp around 40s). Only half
    the hardy and mature plants survived and many died. The soil brought into the garden contained glass shards and other inorganic debris. Soil was laid in the garden bed area without properly clearing the construction dirt underneath. The drip irrigation was laid in a sloppy fashion using a single line in the back and front yard with little coverage. It eventually came apart within a few days due to the tap pressure. The instant lawn laid by JPL became patchy within a month in spite of being able to water it with council permit.
