    They gave me a price over the phone and neglected to mention that it was exclusive of GST. When I phoned and booked the service no one clarified the price or confirmed it in any way. The skip bin was left on-site for over a month (even though the hire was for 7-days). I had to phone them up to get the bin removed. Then they didn't send me an invoice for more than a month and when I queried it they told me that was the way they did business in the Hunter.
