I have frequented the casino on many occassions and socialized there many times in all different areas, it is a well rounded club and has good security all the time. It would be good to see more shops in this facility. One of the best places to meet a group of friends for a meal and entertainment though.

This is a really nice Casino, with gorgeous restaurants, gardens and surroundings. I would definitely recommend the restaurant food fantasy though! It's a buffet style restaurant however all of the food is of the best quality. The seafood dinner is delightful and the deserts are amazing! It can seem a little pricey at around $50 a head, but is well worth the money you pay. Make sure you go hungry, there is lots to enjoy :)

I went inside the casino with my Mum on Wednesday 5th May 2010 but the two men were very rude to us because they wouldn't let me in even after I told them my age and my Mum did too and they wouldn't believe either of us so we just left and we decided that we weren't coming back there anymore.

ive stayed here once and not again. in this hotel, nothing is free. even the curtains of ma superior room had holes. the air conditioning was either too hot or too cold. they need more staff. and you would expect ur room to be more nice for this huge hotel.

Plenty on offer here aside from the gambling. Shows, hotel, and a variety of places to dine. We tried the 'Food Fantasy' Restaurant, which was buffet style. My children loved the desserts. Later we went for a night walk around the grounds, which are very pretty with the lights. I guess the highlight for us was a ride/loop on the monorail - from the Casino through the shopping and business precinct of broadbeach, and returning us to the Casino.

Stayed here for a conference. The accommodation was less than I expected for the price. There was not much space in the room with the bed in it. Apart from being a bit squeezy, the facilities were great, clean and well maintained.

This review is for the Hotel ONLY.

Standard rooms: Clean, needs renovation. Standard check-in is terribly organised as EVERYONE checks in at 2pm and the wait is usually 30-40 minutes.

Executive rooms: Clean, newly renovated, free softdrinks anytime, buffet breakfast included in tariff, free alcoholic drinks every night for an hour. To check-in the concierge gives you a pass to the executive floor where you are looked after by a personal staff member. You also get offered free monorail tickets.

Very expensive accommodation, however extremely convenient.

I stayed at the hotel of Conrad Jupiter several times and I have never left without a smile. The staff there is very helpful and friendly as they seem to be very well trained. No matter time of day they always wear a smile and get you on the right track. Rooms are very well furnished in a holiday styled theme that is totally relaxing. Restaurants here offer very wide selection of food including a buffet, Chinese fine dinning, Italian and so on. I would stay there many times over but watch out gamblers, this is no place to win fortunes.

Whether you have come to the Coast to work, stay or play, Conrad Jupiters has it covered. A whopping $16 million has just been spent on sprucing up the rooms and they are looking the goods – contemporary design, luxury bathrooms, artwork by locals on the walls, and beds and pillows hand selected by the staff — they actually got to lie down on the job in order to choose the best. Expansive outdoor swimming pool, gymnasium and tennis court along with seven great restaurants to choose from, plus the state of the art business centre is a great asset to those in town for corporate takeovers.
