    I have NEVER been so happy with my hair in my life! Just Gorgeous is defiantly the best hair salon i have EVER been to!... I have been to alot of different hair salons in my time and Just Gorgeous is the first place where I have come back to over and over again. My hair dresser there is Charlotte and she always does an amazing job, she always does my hair exactly how i want it and there hasn't been a time where I was not happy with my service. I also go to Just Gorgeous to get eyelash and eyebrow tints as well as getting my eyebrows waxed, ALL the staff are really friendly, by making sure that I am always comfortable and offering me drinks and up to date magazines :) Not to mention, their massage chairs and HEAD MASSAGES THEY GIVE ME are AMAZING. The salon in general has a very nice energy and good vibe which defiantly makes me feel relaxed and comfortable.... If i could give the salon more then 5 stars i would!! Keep up the fantastic service girls :)

    Finally...... I have found a salon I can trust and can't wait for my next appointment. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and welcoming. They really know their stuff and took the time to listen to what I wanted and made suggestions to what would and wouldn't suit. Love the cut and love the colour. I have received so many positive comments about my new look. Thank you girls. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.

    Happiest I have ever been at a salon! Had the works done and the girls really looked after me and gave me helpful suggestions and ideas about what would suit me. The staff we just so lovely and the end result was stunning. Even strangers now come up and tell me how beautiful my hair and nails look. My waxing was the most gentle I have ever experienced which is a nice surprise. My eyelashes sat perfectly so I don't believe the last comment at all. Once again I'm so happy and will be a loyal client for sure! Can't wait for my next appointment ;)

    I do not recommend this place to anyone. I went in for eyelash extensions and was very unhappy with the service along with the final product. The staff who applied my lashes was rude and impatient who rushed my lashes and gave me an incorrect time estimation for them to be applied despite me confirming the appointment a week before. The lashes stung my eye and they did not put them into place correctly so they were sticking directly into my eye afterwards. Whilst my friend was getting them done after me they were very rude when I approached them about the discomfort I was experiencing from lashes sticking into my eyeball. When they did find the ones sticking into my eye they pulled them out and failed to re-glue them in. They then refused to tell me about how to look after them correctly etc as they were too busy moving onto the next client and just wanted me out the door.Further, whilst waiting for my friend staff failed to offer me any magazines, tea or coffee. When I went to leave I told the staff at the counter about my dissatisfaction to which they smirked and gave me cheek. Half my lashes have fallen out, were lumped with chunks of glue and were very thin (definitely not worth the price I paid) and I will never go back here nor recommend it to anyone I know. In summary, unprofessional with very poor customer service.

      I was in the salon while this person was there and I can say with certainty that grip on the truth is somewhat tenuous. The staff were patient and polite, despite the prima donna behaviour. I definitely will be returning and I don't ever want to have to experience the behaviour again!

      Im with brad on this one. I normally get my eyelashes done at VaniT at the bay but they were booked out so I went here and thought the lashes were thin and done in a hurry. I had the same problem of eyelashes sticking in my eye. Im gonna stick to VaniT next time plus the girls there are more friendlier :P

    I have been a client for several years, I love my colour and cut. The girls are welcoming, professional and keep me up to date with the latest trends. I also have the best facials at Just Gorgeous - my favourite is the IPL Facial.. you really do look at least 10 years younger, can't wait for my next treatment.... Highly Recommend!!!

    over 3.5 hours for half head of foils and a trim!! never had it take that long to have my hair done in my life, and the blonde from the foils leaked due to being left on to long. Give this salon a miss!

    I have been going to JG for a couple of years now and am never dissapointed! The girls are great and make you feell very relaxed and comfortable. The coffee is great, and whats better than the massage chairs!
