    Purchased a gift voucher with the video costing $400. When wanting to buy another ticket for friend to go too were told our voucher had expired 1 week prior. They would not extend for another week to enable us to use the voucher. They were so rude when I explained it was simply overlooked and wanted to purchase more but flatly refused to extend or refund at least for the video that wasnt done. DONT USE THEM. THEY ARE RUDE.

    Made three attempts to go skydiving after purchasing gift vouchers. Each time after paying for travel and accommodation the jumps were cancelled at the last minute. As we could not afford to return a 4th time we asked for a refund and were rudely denied and told to read the t and c's. My advice, do not part with any money upfront. Offer to pay a deposit and the final amount when you jump, or better, avoid these guys all together. Please find a company with better ethical integrity - Just Jump are just lacking.

    Awesome day, unbelievable experience. Something I thought about for awhile. Really checked into these guys before committing to the big jump day and was totally confident with my choice. The instructors were fun and thoughtful, the plane was Huge!! have read you can get squished into a small one. I got the DVD and am so glad I did as the free fall goes pretty quick. They filmed everything and were right in front of me the whole time in freefall - the photos are equally awesome - have a big blow up in the office. Truly is something you just have to do. I am still smiling just thinking about it.
