WOOW I had the worst customer service with "just makeovers", I bought three vouchers from groupon for the Ultrasonic cavitation $249 and i regret buying them.
I rang Just Makeover in Docklands (Vic ) to make an appointment but I wasn't aware that I have to come in for a consultation and pay $40 for it, of course it didn't state this information on "the fine print". I had no choice but to pay it as I need to use the three vouchers I have purchased. I turned up to my consult and the therapist greeted me into the room, I have notice her uniform top had food stain, I decided to ignore that. The therapist then I asked my concerns and why I'm here which was fine then she started telling about the package prices and offered the most expensive package they in the clinic is apparently it will be suitable for me which was over $6700.I was honest with therapist and i explained that I would like to use my vouchers that I have purchased online and see if it will actually work and if it does work then I will commit to the package. Her face reaction and her attitude changed complete when I said I have vouchers and don't want to commit to $6700 package yet. I thought she knew I had vouchers to use when I called to make the appointment. Once again she tried to push me into buying package because $249 vouchers that's valued for $1650 will not give me the result. I was bit disappointed to hear that because Just makeovers promise that you will loses 2-12cm in one session so with the three vouchers I have should lose at least 6cm and I'm happy with just 6cm. Once again I told her that I want to use the vouchers and not commit to a package, finally she gave up yay. I started asking her about the machine the use and how strong is the wavelength it is etc , to my surprise she knew nothing about the machine that she treat clients with. Anyways it was time to make my 3 appointments for the three vouchers I have which I have to use within two weeks and you will get the best result too as "the fine print" states on the voucher. Surprise surprise they can't fit me, I had to wait three weeks before I can get my first appointment and the 2nd app with be the week after and 3rd app is the week after the after. She informed that they fully booked with clients , of course I can see the appointments on the computer and in highlighted pink stating " training training training ", so I questioned her why does it saying training and you told me are booked up with clients, from that moment she realized I'm not stupid even thou took her while to figure that out. Finally I have arrived for my first app yay, she informed me I need to get undressed and she will start the treatment, 2nd therapist arrived into the treatment room , at the stage I was bit confused of why there are 2 therapists in room while I'm laying on the bed half naked and cold. So I was told that the 2nd therapist in new and she will be doing half of the treatment , I realized why I paid $249 vouchers for the value of $1650. As I was lying on the bed and the two therapists doing their thing.
5min later the receptionist entrees the treatment room to Get something she needed.I felt like saying " hello I'm half naked " . I finally finished my treatment, thinking to myself 2 more treatments to go and I'm done with this place.
As I was about to head of to Just makeovers for my second app I get a text saying " hello zara, sorry app have been cancelled please give us a call" so I called them straight after I got the text. They informed they had to cancel my app due to the machine need to be fixed, they tried to fit me in later on that day but I was working so it wasn't suitable, the recipient said " I will you tomorrow to arrange more suitable time for you and the machine should buy and running " . It's has been a week been waiting for that phone call she promised me. I'm going to wait and see how long to will take them to call me... Yes it could be forever. Sorry for the long review but I thought you need to get a clear picture before you make your $40 consult with Just Makeovers .
