    Had nothing but problems with them. The contractors sent in to fix their stuff ups have been caused problems after problems. After paying to get a good job, we have ended up with lots of problems and a renovated job.

    If you want a great job with no problems, dont call this them.

    Personal service, great ideas, constant discussion about plans/progres, able to change/ammend plans at short notice, always available for queries/questions, open to suggestions, detailed on costings - safe and reliable.

    Was issued with 2 x BSA Category 1 defects.
    - leaking shower, which lead to BSA finding out w/c wasn't waterproofed as per Australian Standards.
    - failed to install bathtub as per Manufacturers Installation Instructions, causing bath coating to crack and start to rust.
    They argue that everything is always done to Australian Standards and Building Code of Australia. Our case is evidence that it doesn't always comply.

    Please be careful. It took us 18 months and countless hours to get issues rectified.

    Please ensure that you get all written documents off this business, as what they says and do are 2 different things. If they say something make them sign something saying that you have spoken to them about it. This business did some work for me and never provided any receipts of payments made, they over charge (will quote for more, saying your quote will only come down, however quote never comes down as they charge in other areas without informing you.)
