    I had a terrible experience and will never go back. For 10 years I've been to numerous salons to have an eyebrow wax. I was given a gift voucher for Katrina's for a pedicure, decided to have an eyebrow wax while there and ended up in tears. My normal eyebrows became pencil thin and completely uneven, and I now I get to feel hideous and like a drag queen while I wait for them to grow out. I wasn't charged for the eyebrow wax, and was offered another eyebrow wax... but don't think I'll leave that to chance again. I was so incredibly disappointed as I have never had a bad experience like that before with a wax, and in 5 minutes went from feeling fine to feeling like I wanted to hide away. The paraffin peducure left me with bits of paraffin still on my feet. Very very disappointing experience resulting in me refusing the offer for another less than $20 eyebrow wax as I would not risk it again.
