    I went in to the store to sign up for membership and set up an aquarium when I had an accident and broke something. They had the nerve to charge me for it when it was due to their bad stacking!
    Never shop there, otherwise you may spend a fortune on nothing!

    Nice and clean fish stock but very overpriced on everything including the fish and fish products but service is great.

    Lovely, helpful staff - they seem to know their stuff... but WOW, overpriced! I bought a ghost knife fish from here for $55 and the next week saw it in two different stores for $15 and $20;

    Great staff, very friendly. Had everything you could want.
    The puppy we were going to buy was a little too expensive though, $1000 for a cross breed. We went to RSPCA instead.
    Also, we saw a man selling baby bunnies... they knew him like a regular. The cage was filthy and revolting, and the seller was extremely rough with them. Wouldn't they check the conditions where these poor things came from first? Makes me wonder what conditions the puppies n kittens come from :(
    ...But if you are after service and products, this place is pretty good! :D

    Staff are very friendly. Nice big store catering for all pets. Lots to see with hands on stuff like puppies, kittens, birds etc. Can be hard to get staff attention at times (very busy on weekends) but all are helpful.

    Large variety of pets set out on a large property. Staff are quite friendly and always willing to help out their customers. They even recommended another pet store when they didn't have what I was after. A+

    What a place and no wonder people come from all over Sydney to visit it. Not only do they sell pets and accessories, they always have information days or workshops advertised for the public to attend. And they have workshops for children.
