    This is one of the most professionally run pharmacies in Brisbane. Its welcoming and well set out. They meet all of the Quality Care standards and provide detailed advice on medications and interactions. The pharmacy assistants are knowledgeable and helpful and readily ask if they can assist. I recently sought their advice regarding their weight loss programs and the staff knew their stuff and were prepared to go the extra mile with advice, tips, blood pressure monitoring and meal plans. Scripts are dispensed promptly although prices need to start matching the discounters as people will no longer pay high prices for drugs which fall under the PBS co-payment of $33.60 if they can get them at a discounter for $10 less. If Kenmore can compete on price and service it will be more than able to compete with the Terry White pharmacy in Bellbowrie when it opens in a few months time once renovations have been undertaken because of the 2011floods. KnmreFam's review shows that no business is perfect but equally shows some people are such weak reeds that they are willing to wait 45 minutes without even bothering to ask whether their script is ready. I realise that it is common in USA to wait up to 5 hours for scripts so perhaps we are lucky to always get our scripts in 15 minutes.

    Our large family has been using the pharmacy for years. But no more. The service has gone down hill. The staff have been rude and recently a prescription took 45 minutes to fill, and upon asking progress, I was told it was actually done in 2 minutes, but they had forgotten to call my name out. No sorry, just a stare to say it was my fault. Even though I was the only person sitting and waiting!! Go up the road to the Kenmore Village.

    This has been my chemist for the last twenty years or so. The staff and chemist are always friendly and they have a very large range of complementary health products, as well as some toys which kids seem to find on instinct. It may not be quite as cheap as bigger chains, but that's OK. I'm willing to pay a little bit more for that kind of service.
