    Just moved into this house, the oven & stove cooktop don't turn on. First time used this guy, he came around flipped the oven isolator in the pantry in half a second and proceeded to charge the full $110. And you know who I will never call again !

    After requesting an electrican through the master electricians after our house was flooded, this company took our job, and proceeded to charge us over $800 for very preliminary services to get our power reconnected to our address. The master electricians were recommending that electricians charge $200 for this service. Yes we were insured, but Kev billed us up front and who knows when we'll get refunded by our insurance policy. He charged our uninsured neightbours less than half (ie still more than the reccommended rate). I get that they have a business to run, but while it seems like every other tradie in town is doing their best to help people, they seem only interested in making a buck.

    We had some major rewiring (new switchboard, higher capacity lead in, airconditioner wirring etc) done by Kev and the quality of the job was excellent.
    I've had some pretty ordinary experiences with other elkectrical contractors and this was a really positive experience.

    We had a pretty ordinary experience with these guys too. They were very expensive (it seems tradies go in pairs these days for no real reason than to charge for two employees). Then they installed the light in the wrong place. We went for these guys as they are local. It is a shame that local business does not look after locals well..

    After a number of missed appointments I managed to organise for the electrician to come and install a safety switch on a Saturday morning. He had promised to be there by 7.30 as I had to go out. When 8.00 rolled around and still no electrician I phoned to find out where he was. His office said he was seconds away. Another half an hour later just as i was loading my children into the car and leaving he showed up in no great hurry. No apology for the tardiness. As I had already delayed my appointment by an hour I had to leave and told him we would have to reschedule. He went off down the back of the house as I was driving away and later left a message on my voicemail being quite rude saying that because no one was home he couldn't do what he was supposed to be doing. Had he been there at the appointed time I would have been home for him to complete his job. Not professional at all!
