We accept reviews and comments which appear to be legitimate, honest and based on first-hand experiences with businesses.

We reject reviews and comments if they:

  • Contain offensive or derogatory material (including anything racist, sexist or homophobic).

    Not bad for a KFC; I've seen worse, including just down the road, but needs to lift its game compared with the other big guns in the food courts. The food is typical KFC. If they could just organise their staff to be in the same league as McDonalds a few stores up, they would rake it in. Been there a while now so must be doing alright nonetheless.

    They are always understaffed with giant queues and from experience the staff are always less organized and fast as McDonalds or Hungry Jacks. It's pretty slow service compared to other places in the same food court. The food is like any other KFC.

    Pretty much a standard KFC in a pretty good location within the food court. I have never been blown away by my experiences with this one, but the food has always been fairly fresh. The only significant downside is the use of postmix instead of cans and generally I've found KFC postmix to be ordinary and the straws they give you are cheap, cheap, cheap. McDonalds on the other hand has good straws and good post mix.

    This KFC is below par. The staff are very rude and obnoxious - One person in particular really ruffled my feathers. The food is what you'd expect, tasty and greasy. The service is actually quite slow. I've not come to expect much from KFC restaurants, and this didn't lift my expectations.
