The cellar door itself is great - the staff were really friendly and knowledgeable - not only about the wines, but about the local area too. The wines were lovely. Beware the restaurant upstairs though! Salt n Vines was terrible. The bruschetta was ordinary and the "regional" produce platter didn't seem to have much from the Clare region at all and was really overpriced for what came. The lettuce garnish was on the verge of mouldy which was really off putting.
