    I previously worked in an industry for 22 years where customers were totally motivated on price with their purchase, and let's face it most of us are, and we all generally go with the cheapest option. Some times we regret that decision, whether it be for service issues, delivery issues to just simply being disappointed with the end product. With my driveway I had 6 quotes, I didn't opt for the cheapest, but by no means were Kon & Nick over priced either. So why did I choose Koncept Concreting?

    From the moment I met Nick and Kon the level of professionalism was outstanding. They came prepared with samples and brochures not to mention a wealth of ideas and suggestions. The quote was detailed, quick and I was advised exactly what materials would be used, plus they even gave me details of previous jobs that I could view with the home owners permission. The communication throughout the whole process was constant and I never had to call to ask questions or what was happening etc. During the job the drive/garden was left very clean and tidy, and the driveway was completed within the time frame promised, which was quick.

    You can't put a price on the professionalism, honesty, trust and the skill that I have seen in dealing with Nick and Kon, all of which I hold in high regard.

    I am exceptionally happy with the end result and would like to personally thank Nick and Kon not only for their outstanding work, but also because during completion they went that extra mile to what was asked of them.

    Nick and Con exceeded our expectations for exposed aggregate concrete around our new pool. From the first contact it was clear that we were dealing with professionals that were passionate about providing excellent service and finished product. Communication was outstanding. They provided great suggestions that ultimately enhanced the vision we had for our area. In practical terms, the area around our pool looks flat but when it rains or water is splashed from the pool it runs to drainage points perfectly. During the installation process they took steps to ensure existing paving and the pool were covered and protected and cleaned the place spotless upon completion (something that other contractors did not promise). They also installed two areas of artificial grass for us, this stuff is fantastic, looks great and no maintenance. The finished installation was flat, smooth and has stood up to some good play from our sons. I would highly recommend Koncept Concreting and have and will continue to recommend them to friends needing concreting or artificial grass installation.

    Excellent customer service-it was an absolute pleasure dealing with such professional workman! Koncept concreting are definitely the experts in exposed aggregate, their advice and input into helping me choose the correct finish and colour helped make my backyard entertaining area look amazing. Very competitive prices. I will definitely be referring all my friends and family to this company.
