    After years of looking for our first home, property after property, agent after agent, we recently bought a lovely place in Dulwich Hill.

    David Diamatopoulos from LJ Hooker was the sellers agent, and his responsiveness and helpfulness played a large part in keeping our interest in the property. It was refreshing to deal with an agent who was always immediately contactable (even an email at 10pm was answered within minutes), who ensured he answered our questions accurately and honestly, and who had complete knowledge of the property. He knew the right balance between not pestering us and being immediately available when we needed him. He didnt abandon us after making the sale either; and it was lovely to hear from him after moving into the property, just to check everything was going well.

    We had previously lost interest in other potential properties due to the poor behaviour of their agents. Many were tardy in responding to emailed enquiries and phone calls, but in person they were like wolves following you around, hounding you with personal questions, and generally pestering you. They really need to take a lesson from David!

    We will certainly be making a call to David if/when we need to sell a property in the future, and I have already been recommending him to friends and other people I meet in the area. After our previous experiences we never thought we would ever speak highly of a real estate agent, but here we are!

    I bought and sold my first flat through this agency. They were friendly, professional and showed a great deal of knowledge of the local area and property market. I don't know what they're like to rent through or let property through though.
