    friendly enough-nice guys- but charge very high prices, especially for parts. Some of the parts are reconditioned and not new, but are charged at new prices. They even charge you $10 delivery when they re-park your car on the street. They generally don't quote you before the repair, so make sure you get a quote before they start work.
