    A great, petite, buzzing cafe that never fails to impress. Food is always fresh and delicious, never a problem with coffee and the service is spot on by staff regardless how busy they are.

    Great little cosmopolitan-style cafe in the trendy strip that is Challis Avenue. Not overly big in size, what La Buvette lacks in stature is made up for in quality of food and ambience. With seating available out front, it's so easy to get soaked up in the atmosphere that surrounds that you don't even notice it's taken you a few more minutes that it should to order your meal. La Buvette has a varied breakfast, lunch and dinner menu with specials changing daily. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. After opting to sit outside, it soon became rather fresh and they had no qualms about moving everything inside for us. Not from Sydney myself, I will definitely return to this cafe if i'm in the area again.

    This busy, trendy strip in Potts point is always buzzing with people in the morning. Challis avenue comes alive with young mums in their walking gear meeting for a coffee, families enjoying a tasty breakfast and bright young things looking not-so-bright after a big night out. The one thing that brings all of these people to the Challis, is the cluster of cute little cafes. If you are lucky enough to nab a table outside, expect to be elbow to elbow with the table next to you and to have a constant stream of people passing by. But that is what its all about. Such vibrant atmosphere and fun alfresco dining. The food and service is also very good. I love the granola with fresh fruit and natural yoghurt. Their eggs are always yummy too, whether you like them scrambled, poached or boiled and the sides are fresh tasty. They also do delicious fresh fruit frappes and juices. Sometimes you have to wait a while for your meal, but its worth it when it arrives and there's no shortage of people watching to do in the meantime!

    My favorite little coffee place. Broke with tradition and had a bite to eat the other night. Loved the crab and prawn risotto and the haloumi - the service was personal and just the right level of attentive. Casual set up, nice to sit outside at night and watch potts point go by!

    Cozy and comfortable place with a few tables on the street and a row of ttables inside. Tried a few things and they have all been pretty good. Prices are reasonable compared to most of the places in the neighbourhood.
