    I have used this real estate agent for property management. Some staff speak poor English and do not seem to understand the most basic principles of the real estate industry. Over the time that I was dealing with them I often found mistakes in their account keeping, that they did not properly screen prospective tenants, did not perform regular inspections unless prompted to by me, allowed tenants to fall behind in their rental payments, and allowed the property to be damaged without any taking action.

    As an experienced property investor, dealing with agents all over the country, I would not recommend this real estate agent in any way. Go elsewhere and deal with people who know what they are doing.

    Signed a lease but the Unit was then unavailable for 4 weeks. The elevator has been out of action on numerous occasions. Spontaneous bust water pipes. Poor water drainage. Oven broke for a month. Very poor response from Agent who will not take responsibility to fix things. Manager will not return phone calls. I would not rent or buy from this Agent. This is in a new building that is being marketed as upmarket. Sorry - fall far short of this.
