    I haven't used their services but I did go for a consult (for LASIK surgery).
    The person testing me seemed to bark orders at me instead of asking me to do things or even cracking a smile. They did not explain anything at all about the process, and actually had the nerve to ask "any questions?" at the end of the session.
    The tests conducted seemed very primitive and basic. A much lower standard than you can get elsewhere anyway. I was there early-mid 2008.
