    Booked an appointment a week in advance, no one turned up. All sounded good over phone and their self-promotion on their HOLD message, but unfortunately no substance. When they rang back to re-book, they wanted me to wait for them for another week. What a joke!!

      Received an apology letter within 24hrs, and an explanation of what transpired regarding this appointment. I am satisfied that this business is trying to be reputable and professional.
