    With a legally complex subdivision resulting in two properties to be sold-one a home and one vacant land with VCAT conditions applied to it-I was nervous about marketing, legal aspects and sale. Not only did I receive an excellent sale price for the properties, Lawyers Real Estate provided outstanding professionalism, support and reassurance. I knew that any issues I could not answer would be, and were dealt with in an ethical manner. Prospective purchasers gave very positive feedback on their dealings with all staff involved and enjoyed the lack of pressure and transparency of the process. I cannot thank Peter, Jeanette and their staff enough for the experience of selling with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone contemplating selling and/or using them if requiring the services of solicitors.

    Purchasing our home through Lawers Real Estate was a dream come true. We couldn't have asked for a smoother or more pleasant experience in buying a property. Having the vendors show us through their fine home was a very memorable and pleasant experience. They new the strengths and intricate details about their home that a regular real estate agent would not know. Agreeing on a price was a breeze and we weren't harrassed to come up with every last dollar that our bank account could afford us. Peter Merika was very obliging and the whole process was just wonderful. Thanks so much Lawyers Real Estate for providing us with a wonderful real estate experience.

    Great quick responses and quotes are always fair. The real estate industry can be a quite competitive industry and costly however one can't go wrong with these guys. Will definately give them a chance to quote on any other work that comes up.

    Lawyers Real Estate provide the best and fairest, simplest and cheapest way to sell a house. We sold ours easily, got an excellent price, saved thousands - and enjoyed the experience! It was reassuring to know that a lawyer was handling everything, and we liked the ethical approach.We were delighted with the service Peter and Jeanette provided.
