Leafe Elite Swim School has been teaching learn to swim and stroke correction from Matraville for the last eighteen years. NO GAMES NO PLAYING just high quality coaching.

Leafe Elite Swim School is a small family owned and operated business where you will receive personal service in our own indoor heated salt water chlorinated pool . We can provide a service where by your child will be taught by a coach from day one.

Normally your child would have to achieve squad level to get such specialised teaching. We take pride in all our swimmers and the skills they learn. When they graduate our establishment they have swimming skills for life! Weather it be competition, surf or social swimming.

As our name suggests we strive for excellence. We are coaches not instructors. We have innovative and unique coaching and teaching methods.

    My children have had 4 swimming lessons at Leafe Elite. They have been to swimming lessons with other swim schools since they were 2 1/2yo but havent really had any progress or there is no where to advance as all the levels are booked out. I have noticed since going to Leafe Elite my son is no longer scared of the water and swims continously (with a bubble)for 30min. Gary is showing them both the technique for swimming (strokes and kicking). Gary is quite firm with the kids and my kids enjoy going there every week which is a change from the other swim schools which i found it hard to get them there...crying and also the hassle or them waiting for their turn when they are wet and cold. Here they swim continuosly for 30min.

    Before this, my daughter tried 2 different swim school, it was like a sausage factory and was a waste of time and made my daughter scare swimming lessons.

    But after a visit to see Gary/Chris, it made the difference. Initially they taught at a pace comfortable for my daughter, as every kid is different and once my daughter was comfortable, the pace picked up and soon my daughter was full of confidence.

    My daughter has been going there for 2 years now and doing 1hr sessions, she swims alot better then her friends - the techniques, stokes and kicking.

    I have recommended this to many friends and parents.

    Don't take my word, just go there on a Sat morning and you'll see what I mean.

    Awsome swim school Chris and Gary !!! Matisse has so much confidence to swim and she is always getting faster and faster she has been swimming for about 1 year now and knows all her strokes ! she loves swimming. She has been telling all her friends about you school and how much she has improved !!! Keep up the FANTASTIC work !!! (-_-) = ]

    Great swim school! Gary and Chris really work the kids so they are constantly swimming. No waiting around and wasting time. My daughter has been attending now for about 4 months and has shown a big improvement. She enjoys going and has made new friends. I strongly recommend this swim school.

    Wonderful swim school for your children. My daughter has been attending Leafe Elite Swim school for 2 years where she started as a beginner at 4 years old. My original intention with swimming lessons was to ensure my child could get to the side of the pool should she accidently fall in. However, with Chris and Gary's expert coaching she has progressed into 1 hour sessions as a very good squad swimmer with a bright future in competitive swimming. The coaching techniques applied and the results achieved at Leafe Elite Swim School are by far the best compared to other swim schools in the area. If you are looking for a Swim School who achieves results, trains the children as individuals and great value for money, make sure you call Leafe Elite Swim School. See you there....

    Excellent results over a short period of time. My ten year old son learned how to float on his back in Jan 2009, and do freestyle. We commenced classes with a one hour time slot which quickly progressed into two '1 hour' time slots. To my surprise, in July 2009, James was able to swim five laps of a 50 metre pool. Two weeks later he did fourteen laps of a 50 metre pool. As a reward he got his iPOD in July rather than waiting for Christmas. James continues to enjoy his swimming sessions and respects Chris and Gary Leafe as his Coaches. Please strongly consider using Leafe Elite Swim School as it will save you time and money in getting your child swimming properly.
