    Arrived on time, waited for reception to stop chit chatting, told them who we were (for my 4yo son), barely acknowledged. After waiting for OVER AN HOUR, we approached the desk and asked how much longer. "Who are you?" was the reply.. then "Why didn't you tell us you were here?" ... EXCUSE ME?!! WE DID!! "Well I can't do anything for you now, you'll have to come back tomorrow" ... NO THANKS. Not even a hint of "I'm sorry". DISGRACEFUL. My poor son needed med attention, we waited so long, I had to apologise to him 'cos we couldn't see the doctor. Hence I'm on here looking for another Med Centre.
