On Friday 27th December 2013 I purchased a LG BP125 Bluray Player from JB Hi-Fi in Forest Hill so I can watch Crownies with my Dad when I go away with him in March.

I also bought another one in June 2014 because the Bluray Player didn't come in the box so the manager at JB Hi-Fi was nice enough to let me have it for $30 after 6 months.

LG Washing Machine WTG-H8006 - dont buy it if you possess ANY black clothing. It always comes out covered in fluff and lint. LG are useless, ask for photos. Sent them to consultant who does nothing, weeks pass, send more photos, again nothing. Want more photos. Machine 6 months old and absolutely the biggest waste of my money.

I bought an LG Magic Motion Remote so I can point, gesture and use the wheel to navigate when I am using my LG 32LM6410 3D TV and my LG BH6220 3D Bluray Home Theatre System, which makes it easier to use then using the remote, which was included in the box with my TV.

I bought a LG BH6220 3D Bluray Home Theatre System from Harvey Norman in Ringwood and the speakers are very loud and clear and has fantastic bass just like at the movies so i would recommend them to anybody who is looking for a Home Theatre System for a small room.

Just recently purchased an LG 32LM6410 32" 3D TV from The Good Guys in Gepps Cross in Adelaide and I am so very happy with it that I would buy LG Products in the future.

Warranty support is appalling. Microwave was broken. Sent for repair. Came back, still broken but with worse problems (smoke!). Telephone support hold time is over 3 hours. Asked to speak to a supervisor, no one seems to be in charge. Have given up. Will never buy from LG again. Worst experience ever.

I recently purchased an LG fridge (through 'The Good Guys' in Moonah, Tasmania). After unwrapping it, we found two scratches (one on the body and one on a handle) and also when we tried to reverse the handles (which was an essential feature we looked for, due to the lay-out of our kitchen), one of the screws that we needed to remove was in so tight that it was not removable (though the others came out with no problem), and (because it was 1, in too tight, and 2, of poor quality) it got stripped in the process. I rang LG, who told me that none of this would be covered under the warranty. Very disappointing customer service. I didn't expect this type of thing with a brand new fridge.
