I had my teeth done there for the first time on a Tues (3 Jan 2012). The medical staff suggested I have a temp bridge as my old one can't be put back. Next day, i came to pick it up and tried it. I was told that I can't use the new bridge to eat and I have to take it out when I sleep.

Apart from that, I called the medical staff and the mobile number on their card was disconnected, Imagine that.

Went to HBF to claim the money that I paid for, an awful teeth replacement and the not so professional service. HBF won't reimburse it as the CODE on the receipt was for an orthodontic which they don't support - it wasn't ortho as it was just a temp bridge to make me look good. A soft expensive plastic teeth. HBF called them and found out it wasn't the case but they want a reprint of the receipt. Dropped by their office on Thur and was told it has to be done the next day.

Friday, I called first to make sure I won't be wasting my lunch time. Advised that they would fix it and would call me back. Did few follow up calls to their office and they were avoiding me. after a few more calls, I found out they were gone for the day at almost 3PM.

Now, I have to wait until Monday for the money that I desperately needed.

I had a filling between front teeth in 2009,which cause nerves dead a week after. The dentist said too much nevers in my teeth, and did X-ray on my teech before! How come they did not know. In the end, I spent $3000 on two teeth root canals. Lots of mental stress and cost a lot.I was not sure if dentist is still work there, but just remind people choose the dentist carefully,teeth is so important do not randomly choose one.
