    Great gym!environment is easy going! Classes are fantastic - very motivating and fun! Various equipment to choose from and are always clean and tidy. Staff are always there to assist you with any matter- never pushy or rude. Probably the best gym I have been a member at. Thank you Lifestyle

    I really like this gym, the members are all to themselves and they do their own thing, they don't look and stare like they would at other gyms. The workers there are awseome! def going to get a membership there!

    nice gym. relaxed atmosphere, not too crowded - even in evenings (yet), good equipment and good mix of people - not too many mister/miss universe types either.
