Brought my wife here for quiet drinks last weekend with a some close friends - the atmosphere is subtly romantic by candlelight and my wife loved the cocktails. The salt and pepper squid was great, although the music wasn't really to our taste we had a very relaxed night. Great place for a relaxed get together
Another great asset to Victoria Street, minimum booking is 4 ppl, so its a little risky walking in on a busy night so get in early. The atmosphere is funky, its nice and dark and is best when its full - as there's such a buzz. The cocktail menu is good, and I quite like the intimate service the staff give.
good little bar, cool space with a comfortable familier atmosphere, even when its full it doesn't feel busy, decent selection of eats, the tapas pizzais a nice alternative to usual bar pizzas, drinks menu is enough to please most, only thing that doesn't fit is the tubs of frozen lychee martinis, a bit ghetto for a place like this, tip fresh is best. staff were great the last time i was here attentive enough without being all over you constantly. i'll be back.
This place is like the Victoria Street version of the Winery of the Gazebo but probably a little more laid back. They have a sharing menu with lots of options. The pizzas are delicious and you should definitely try the duck option. Staff vary from friendly and efficient to incompetent but generally there is a really nice vibe in this place. They also have frozen cocktails such as lycheetini and mango daquari which are both delicious. On the weekend the place is always packed but its a really nice place to catch up with friends for drinks and share a bite to eat.
