I LOVE this toy store.
I was referred to Lilys Playhouse by a friend after not being able to find what I wanted at my local shopping centre. Their online store is amazing, they have so many items it made it hard to choose what I wanted. In the end I rang their customer service department to get advice and could not have been happier. The staff member I spoke to was so helpful and friendly. They also knew the toys I was asking about. It was invaluable help. In the end I went with their suggestion and could not be happier!! My little ones love it and it was so reasonably priced I could not ask for me.
Thank you once again Lilys Playhouse I will certainly be recommending your store to everyone I know.
WOW - What a fantastic store. My purchase was handled professionally and courteously. Being an experienced Online Buyer I don't need or require hand holding all the way through the process of my order and so was happy not to receive numerous emails at each stage.
I did however contact the business to let them know that my item arrived safely. The person I spoke to could not have been friendlier. They went out of their way to ensure I was happy with my purchase and even told me about new items that they were releasing later in the year.
I do not write reviews as a rule but after seeing the below review I wanted to write in support of this fantastic business. I can give nothing but thumbs up to this business for their customer support, product delivery and being one of the best online buying experiences I have had.
If only more stores were like this one!
I recently purchased a playhouse from Lilys Playhouse. The product itself was fine and in the end it was delivered quite promptly but the customer service I received was bad.
The answerer was unprovokedly rude and aggressive towards me for a very simple enquiry to check they'd received my order and to advise them that I'd done a funds transfer.
I was left regretting having transferred my money to this company that was so rude to me and not being able to do anything about it.
It was all as a result from poorly written text on their website that gives a mistaken impression about their order confirmation process. They do not send a confirmation email when your order goes through so make sure you print your receipt from the web page. They advised me I would get my confirmation email only when the goods were shipped. This didn't happen either.
I also took the time to write them a letter about the concerns I experienced so that they could be aware of the impression their company is giving and the misleading but easily correctible issue on their ordering page. This was not replied to.
