Amazing coffee for every true chocolate lover. They offer their wide range signature drinks which are rich on chocolate as advertised. Awesome

Fine chocolate at, well... it's absolute finest! When you can find a seat (inside or out, the place is usually packed) I would certainly recommend the hot chocolate - this is no ordinary chocolate: you get a tiny cup of their divine, silky smooth chocolate (you can pick either milk or dark) and deliciously frothed up milk. You can create your hot chocolate with as much or as little chocolate as you like and the amount usually allows you to create 2 cups of it. I would also highly recommend the macaroons (my favourites are pistachio and chocolate) however the menu is extensive and I have only ever heard good things about what is on offer. Service is quite fast for how busy they always are, and the prices are reasonable for a place with such prestige.

I can only echo the (positive) comments before me. If you like chocolate - you'll love this place. It's simply an exquisite chocolate experience.

One thing overlooked is there wonderful selection of cakes that you can purchase from the counter or order in advance for your special occasion. They even make different sizes of them to suit larger gatherings. Grab their menu list and keep it at home for those times you need to get a cake for something special.

It's worth mentioning. It's expensive as all get out. Be prepared. Bring truckloads of cash. But you won't regret it.

I like the olde worlde charm of the store too. It feels very Victorian era.

I don't know who would come here for the savory foods - my sister had a toasted chicken and avocado sandwich and it was very ordinary and quite overpriced. The star here is of course their sweets - the ice cream selection is extensive, the chocolate fudge brownie flavour is amazing! Their macarons are a must-try although pricey (but worth it!), pistachio, passionfruit, hazelnut and the 80% dark chocolate and the milk chocolate being particular standouts. Their macarons are fresh, unlike those enormous macarons at Cupcakes on Pitt which almost break your teeth.

Hot chocolate is divine, with the option to choose milk or dark. If you're getting takeaway, make sure you take the lid off to stir your drink, as the barista sometimes doesn't stir the melted chocolate in before whacking on the lid, resulting in melted chocolate all at the bottom and hot milk on top. However, I can't say the same for their coffee - for the times that I've went their lattes and mochas have turned out burnt. Definitely better to stick to the hot chocolate!

My favourite place to eat! I highly recommend the waffles with white chocolate lindt ice cream, but you'd better not order anything else because it's very filling! Reasonably priced & very friendly staff! Not great for the waistline but worth every minute!

Found cafe to be over rated and did not meet my expectations. Had some nice desserts but lacked in presentation and very over priced. Tip for those wanting to try the Hot Chocolate, get it take away. It's cheaper and you don't have to make it your self. Was expecting so much more.

The best and freshest desserts and chocolates. Great service, reasonable prices, great location and very popular. Their hot chocolates are to die for. Good selection of treat to satisfy everyone.

Not good for the waistline, but this is my favourite place to go for a treat.

Perfect for an iced choc sundae or a deeply naughty dark chocolate croissant. Yum!
