    Sure, you don't expect much from a chain in a Westfield. Well, be surprised! Staff that ask if they can help, are actually helpful & treat you like a customer (including fixing mistakes like they did for me today - even though it took 10 minutes) rather than just a walking wallet.
    Shame their prices aren't as low as others, though better than some.
