    I have the absolute pleasure is openly saying that LJ Hooker Fairfield is a fantastic business. They have been nothing but friendly, helpful & extremly professional. In my dealings of buying a beautiful investment property, both there sales & property management departments have constantly been there throughout & still are to this day. Having dealt with other agencies prior I can see the difference in service, by far being the best choice I have made to stick with. I would highly recommend anyone to LJ Hooker Fairfield. Thanks guys!!

    I have had the disheartening experience of dealing with LJ Hooker Fairfield in regards to the management of my investment property.
    Purely only wanting money from me, with little to no service.
    I will never deal with any LJ Hooker in the future, due to the unprofessional service I was given.
    Thank you Mr Hooker, you have lost another customer.

    I have 6 properties currently managed by L J Hooker Fairfield, and I can honestly say, I have nothing but good things to say about the Property Management Department. They consistently keep me up to date with tenants moving in and vacating, they get me several quotes before going ahead with repairs. One of the most important things for me is feedback and professionalism, and I get both. I don't have to worry about anything, as I know my properties are being looked after.

    As a Landlord entrusting the wellbeing of my rental property to the likes of L.J Hooker Fairfield I can only rate the experience as one which left a bad taste in my mouth and a burning desire to vent.
    Their complete and utter LACK of professionalism, attention to detail, customer service and care in general whilst managining my property was a disgrace, their approach arrogant and unhelpful all the way up to Management.
    They charged us for repairs for damage the tennant had
    done report the property is well maintained when clearly it is not then are of no assistance at all to insurance which they should have handled on our behalf in full. Our claim was then affected due to their inability to do their job properly as half the damage was not reported correctly as they sent a junior receptionist out with a camera to do our final inspection. Do not get me started. If I could rate MINUS stars I would.
