    I appointed LJ Hooker Sunnybank to manage my investment property in 2010. They did not do a routine inspection for over 14 months. I now have tenants that have left my property looking like a bomb site.

    They have acknowledged that they did not perform inspections in the 14 month period but refuse to acknowledge their responsibility for the current situation.

    Bad experience with a home rental at this LJH. Very unhappy about property manager, who displayed very unprofessional behaviour in front of staff and other clients. Thinking of buying now, but we will never return to this real estate.
