    Possibly one of the most usless business's I have ever dealt with!, We are renting a unit off them in Tingalpa and it has been nothing but trouble from the start. Started off with a nice bottle on wine and a couple of little things as thanks for the business and then it was down hill from there! - house was disgusting, so unclean and revolting it took getting the cleaners back twice! to get it to a semi acceptable standard!. Then months of having to chase them up to get work done some of which is still not done.

    Final straw was today after four days of cleaning the place for an inspection recieve a phone call from staff saying there set of keys don't allow them access to property! ( something that was discovered months before with the handyman). The exact comments were - " no big stress we will just reschedule in a week or so when your around" my response to this was of course not a good one I mean we had spent close to 4 days getting the place ready, when I mentioned it the respones was: "oh well if its that clean at least it won't take much to do it again!" to add insult I know have to go get a key cut for them and deliver it to them!.

    This place is a joke and myself and my partner will never use them again! and I advise everyone to be very wary of them its all smiles and anything we can do for you till the bond is safely in their hands and they've got you nice and tightly locked into a lease
