We had Logicool install a multi-head AC unit into our home.
Within a short period the unit stopped working and was informed it was because the inside units were so far away from the outdoor unit, so it needed more gas. Which was done.
A couple of months down the track, surprise the unit stopped working again.
Left several messages, but no reply.
Call the manufacturer and made a warranty claim. Their service tech was out the following day.
He worked for about 20 minutes and informed me that there was no gas in the system. from there he investigated more and found a leaking connection from when the AC was installed. The old soapy water trick, showed the leak. No covered under the warranty, but by the installers.
Again tried to contact Logicool. Wasted time and money on these calls.
Finally had to get another company to fix up the poor installation.
Logicool have good prices, and pre-installation advice, however their after-sales service is non existent.
I would not recommend Logicool to anyone.

They installed our airconditioner mid Nov 2009, it stopped working 3 months later. They suggested I lodge a claim with the ariconditioner manufacturers, which I attempted to do but they required a copy of the refrigeration compliance certificate which they never gave me. I requested this a number of times to be told they would drop it off shortly. They have avoided my phone calls and text messages for the past three weeks and the matter is now with Consumer Affairs. Sometimes cheaper is not better!-

The customer had the airconditioner installed promptly and issue was not an installation issue but a manufacturers fault which we cannot be held responsible we offer a 5 year warrenty on installation workmanship customer had purchased unit themselves copy of compliance was dropped off as we have copies in our files we have no issue supplying the compliance number to the manufacturer if customer has not got her copy of compliance.1 year ago

I rang 7 businesses for install quotes and i ended up choosing Logicool heating and cooling this is because firstly when i rang i spoke to Danielle she was polite and asked some questions and when there was something i didnt know she explained it to me.I then booked in my install for the next day at midday and was told Nathan will be coming out . The next day at around 11 I recieved a call from Logicool explaining that Nathan was running about half hour late, which i was fine with actually glad that they gave me a courtesy call (most people just show up late) Nathan and his electrician came and did the install it took about 2 hours, I am very happy with the job that was done and the price.
