worst experience ever. I went on a tuesday night and it was pretty much empty. Me and my two friends wernt that hungry, so we asked if we could have the kids meal (expecting a no, but just incase) the staff said that was fine, so we ordered, also ordering cheesy fries aswell. the meals came out at a reasonable time after, but no cheesy fries..we finished our meals and still no cheesy fries had come. after about 30 minutes of our plates stacked at the end of the table did a staff come to collect them (and that wasnt until we asked them to) however teh staff did not ask us if we wanted a re fill of our drinks, or if we wanted our dessert. an HOUR passed, of us looking at the staff, waiting for them to approach us, when there was about 4 other tables in the place. it was like we were completley invisable, just sitting there, no drinks, nothing. finally we got so annoyed that we asked to speak to the manager who talked to the staff about the cheesy fries and the staff said they didnt hear us, even though they asked us for classic or regular. we asked if we could have our dessert and they said it wasnt included in the kids meal for us, because we were teenagers. however the staff never told us, even when we asked so we can have the whole 'meal'? and the staff said yes, thats fine. it was just a truley horrible experience, -

By far the worst restaurant I have ever been too. It was a long wait to be seated, despite it only being half full and we had a booked ahead. We ordered drinks, and 10mins had passed so I went and asked where they were and a few minutes later we finally received them and ordered our meals. We ordered an entree and a main. Half an hour went by, and we started getting worried that our mains would arrive before the entree so I got up yet again to ask the staff if they were still coming, they said yes its just busy tonight. Then 15 minutes later, (by this time we were getting quite annoyed that we had been waiting 45mins for an entree) our mains come out, and if that wasnt bad enough, they didnt even come with the mushrooms we ordered or the correct gravy. by this point we had had enough, and just stood up and walked out. And I will never ever go back there again. -

Lonestar tuggerah has gone down hill. I used to go here quite frequently. I went the other week and some staff are not very polite. Didn't even put my plate of food directly in front of me. I know its only a little thing, but its these little things of service that i am paying for and make a point of difference for the company. They need to pick up their game and get back to a more professional attitude. They have lost me as a customer. -

Great place to dine as a large group. Their cheese fries for an entree goes so far that your pushing to get through a main meal. We only have entree and main, or main and sweets, we find 3 courses are just way too much to eat and with teenage boys, even they are full with just the 2 courses! Excellent sized meals, a little more expensive to your general restaurant. Oh dont forget to ask for your peanuts! a must have when you visit Lone Star!! -

Fantastic place for a good value steak or burger. Great range of desserts, with my recommendation of a hot fudge sundae, which is availabel FREE on your birthday! If you're lucky they'll even sing you Happy Birthday!
Great place to take a large group for the night, or even the family.
