I've been a patron of the Lychee Lounge for over 10 years and it keeps getting better. I love it - great atmosphere and the food on offer is tasty and matches the drinks on offer really well. I will keep coming back!

Was expecting a bit more judging by reviews....wanted to sit at the bar before our meal only to be told 3 times by the staff to take our seat at the reserved table (it was still early and not crowded). Also asked 3 separate times by 3 different staffs if we were putting our drinks on a tab, which we were not. Food ok, the tapas was only warm and could have been better. Cocktails and drinks great!

Really great tapas and cocktails and heaps of variety in each. Best idea is to get a range of tapas instead of a main. The only negative was that we booked a table for 2 and were put on a small round bar table with stools, which meant that people were bumping us as they passed and we couldn't fit many plates on our little table. Other than that - definitely recommended.

I went on Saturday night for the first time with 2 friends, booked a table for 7pm. Think i went on a quiet night as it wasnt as busy as I had expected. The cocktails were amazing!

We ordered tapas AND mains, I didnt realise how filling the tapas would be. I highly reccommend the Honey and shichimi crushed potato chips with tomato jam and aioli, Crispy
fried squid, blood orange salt with smoked paprika & vanilla aioli, the Chilli king prawns, prosciutto, aged balsamic, braised red cabbage and the black angus fillet. I will definitely be back! Service was friendly and the atmosphere was great.

A fantastic little bar... great atmosphere and amazing tapas menu... wish the Gold Coast had something half as good!

Great cocktails and selection of beers available. The lychee lounge is a favourite with locals and like other reviewers have said, it fills up quickly, so be sure to book ahead if you plan on visiting with a few people, especially on a Friday or Saturday night!

Very cool setting. The chandaliers have dolls heads hanging off them! No lighting in a quiet setting. I had a Pavlova cocktail and it was amazing. It was busy even early on a Friday night so I suggest booking a table in advance for you and your frends.

Lychee is the best place to go for a drink in West End if not Brisbane. Only problem with Lychee is the crowd has changed somewhat so it doesnt have that same eclectic feel that it once did. The cocktails here are great.

Ultra modern and intimate cocktail bar. Surrounded by Oriental influenced decor you can take a seat under their metallic, futuristic chandeliers and choose from an extensive cocktail list. You could also try under the central metal dome where every now and then you’ll catch echoes of other people’s conversations. One of West End’s more popular joints, it fills up quickly so get there early if you’re planning on staying for a while.
