Got a different stylist to what i was told. was happy with the colour but was a bit put off by the person at the front desk who told the stylist that they were under charging me.

Have just had the best cut and colour in years! Rebecca is an excellent stylist who really listens to you, actually all the staff are very helpful and friendly. Not too keen on the chairs and footstools, plus real coffee and a biscuit would have been nice. Just minor gripes though and I will definitely be returning.
