Mad Mex serves gourmet Baja-Mexican food. Baja (pronounced bah-ha) refers to the peninsula of land extending south of California into Mexico and the Pacific Ocean, and the food from this part of the world blends traditional bold Mexican flavours with the health-conscious cuisine of California. The result is a flavourful and healthy choice of tacos, burritos, nachos and quesadillas filled with roast, grilled and slow-cooked meats and black beans, all perfectly complimented by fresh produce and hand-made salsas. Low-fat, low-carb, dairy-free or gluten-free requirements are easily catered to, allowing all customers the opportunity to enjoy the bold and exciting flavours of Mad Mex.
