    I had an absolutely horrible experience here. It was a complete waste of my money and a complete let down - certainly not a "day spa" experience. I had a massage and facial package. For what was supposed to be a relaxing experience...I actually left feeling fuming with anger and certainly more stressed than when I went in. When I tried to give feedback to the management it was ignored.

    DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY IN THIS "DAY SPA".

    I have been going to Madison for about 2 years. the girls are always friendly and welcoming. they have fantastic package specials as well. highly recommend them.
