    I took my car there for a relatively quick and easy job. I was told the hourly rate was $110, however this amount was without GST.The job on my car took less than half an hour, however I was charged for one hours labour. The workshop management offered a few excuses as to how this would happen and eventually dropped the time taken to three quarters of an hour. Needless to say I will not be going back there!

    A complicated one, because the car concerned is a Land Rover- so know easy fixes 9LR owners will know what I mean). Rod (gargae) and Linda (front of house) were extremely professional personable, ethical, efficient and friendly. We have had to get more help from Land Rover, but that is because the problem is specific and obscure- the fact that Rod drew the line and advised us to go straight to a Land Rover specialist once he could do no more highlights the knowledge and honest that Mandurah Diesel bring to their work. This is invaluable and I think that for me it is especially great to have a mechanic who can be trusted absolutely to educate me, in a totally non-patronising way rather than take advantage of my lack of knowledge (which would be easy to do!).
