Beautiful place to sit down and relax with a cold beer on a hot day. Take in the ocean, the breeze, and be reminded of how great it is to be alive.

If you're headed over to Manly for the day, I can definitely recommend lunch and a few beers at the Manly Wharf Hotel!
The atmosphere is really great on a nice day and the view rivals that of any other waterfront pub/bar/restaurant in Sydney.
The food is also really reasonably priced!

I was here recently with a mate. We were having a few beers when we decided it was time to leave. We made a deal that we would get the next ferry to arrive... it came and went... three times. We stayed. We just couldn't bring ourselves to leave!

On a nice day, sit outside or on the jetty but be prepared to fight for a table!!

Recently visited here and enjoyed a bottle of wine and bite to eat on the jetty. I was very impressed, having not been to manly in many years I wasnt sure what to expect. however I was extremely impressed. The whole jetty has had a huge makeover at it looks fantastic. This is the perfect spot to get together with friends and enjoy a drink and bite to eat... I found the food wasn't too expensive for the view either... Staff were pretty friendly. Would be great for a sunday sesh.

Best pub food in Sydney. Waterfront location and great atmosphere. A shame they close early on Friday / Saturday nights!

Great location by the wharf on top of the water. Mixed crowd and relaxed setting - semi-formal. I find food is consistently good though not quite Wow spectacular. Still with a good group of friends, round of drinks... nice spot to each and catch up....

Great atmosphere and great place to meet friends on a SUnday afternoon. Lots of our friends have little babies and this is really good for them out on the courtyard. Food is also very good.

Situated right on the waterfront this hotel is the perfect place for a casual drink or meal, though its a little noisy when really busy in summer.

Place to be after work on a Friday - or mid after noon on a lazy Saturday.
Drink prices are very reasonable and great snack food,

Great food, our kids love the nachos and pizzas, huge servings great value, always plenty of room and seating. It can get a little noisey when the place is full, which is often, so maybe not suitable for dining with an older group of patrons. Definietly a generation Y haunt.A great social hub for Manly

If Manly Wine is this season’s must-have little black dress, Manly Wharf Hotel is your favourite leather jacket: fun, familiar and perfect for every occasion. This vast pub, which shares Manly Wharf with the ferry terminal, is packed night and day with locals and visitors alike. There are three indoor bars, an undercover jetty bar, a bustling bistro serving top-notch pub grub and a separate pizza kitchen. There’s also music most nights, and on Saturdays it’s party central.

Saucy singles aside, the Manly Wharf Hotel is a great place to take in the harbour at twilight.

A Manly local gives us the lowdown. "It's probably the best place to go for a drink in Manly, but forget about Friday and Saturday nights" when, he reckons, the Manly Wharf Hotel heaves with single people looking for love at week's end. Is that such a bad thing? A bevy of sun-bleached talent with eager eyes is the reason many people come to this country. But, for the elegant drinking companion, it is a prospect beyond reproach. On the eve of an economy-class sojourn to Berlin ("How will I stand not being in business?"), the companion needs space, serenity and a vista uncrowded by over-lustful masses. On a Monday evening, with the sun still touching the Norfolk pines, the Wharfie is the perfect spot. The ferry ride from Circular Quay had been full of suitably splendid harbour views - secluded beaches, islands, gaggles of yachts squirming in the strong breeze. Upon arrival, we'd needed only a five-minute saunter along a timber boardwalk to reach the hotel. And best of all,...
