I've been trying to use a GoldClass voucher to buy tickets for my husband and I for our anniversary for 2 weeks now, but after having problems booking online, the call we received back from customer service took so long that by the time they called us, the session we wanted to see was sold out. This has happened two weekends running. Today they told me that when they released a new session screening, a customer service rep would call me so I could do the booking over the phone and help with the problems with my voucher, but no one called me, and again the session sold out in spite of me trying yet again to call. Absolutely disgraceful customer service Event. Having 2 very young kids, we don't get out much and we were so looking forward to a nice night out to celebrate our anniversary (and got babysitting booked to do it) and we have been bitterly disappointed now 2 weeks in a row.
