    Having just moved to Townsville and needing a Mechanic, I found Mark's Mechanics on-line. From the time I made the first initial contact, right through the entire process, I have been amazed at the level of quality and service that they have shown me.

    I have nothing but praise for Mark and his team. They were very professional, competitively priced, and nothing was a problem to have done. I even got given a nice coffee while I waited.

    I have and definitely will be recommending Mark and his team, to other people who are in need of great car service.

    Not somewhere you would want to take your car, the management, is a pushy, arrogant, individual. Does not listen to the customer. Depending on your appearance,race or even gender will inflict the quality of service he will give. For example, someone who has an average car, dirty inside, rough around the edges, the person themselves, a single parent, scrapping to get by will not receive the quality of service to someone who has a great upper class car, is will to pay an indisputable amount of money for the services marks mechanics are will to provide will receive the better quality of service. On numerous occasions, I have seen him bully his own staff! Disrespect is a notions i will not accept, in any sort of industry.
