I told the staff at Marlow what the problem was even adding it was probably a thermo couple. They quoted a surprisingly exorbitant call out fee, however I needed it fixed. They booked in a date and the night before, being 3 days later they rang and told me they cant fix gas appliances. Even though I told them it was a gas oven! When I questioned why it took 3 days to tell me they don't do gas appliances they became rude, abusive and hung up on me. Good customer service NOT!. I do not recommend MARLOW to do business with.
I guess it's a worry when an appliance company can't spell "appliance". They didn't attend in the four-hour window provided; they did not fix the appliance; they won't return at an acceptable time to try it again; and they won't give a refund.
fridge delivered today, on time, quoted price, 6months guarantee and seems to be working well, the delivery guys are treasures and even replaced a heavy cupboard that I had to move to get the fridge through the walkway.
