    I bumped my head, resulting in a bleeding cut on the top of my head. We went to Mascot Medical and the experience was very satisfying. People were friendly, and I was helped quickly and professionally by Dr Vin Nayanar and a very friendly nurse. Within 45 min after entering, I was back out again. Now, a month after the event, it turns out that the treatment hardly left a scar.

    Just had my worst GP experience with this Dr today. This is my first time meet the Dr and was rude ,careless and very very impatient... The centre is quite good usually,but the Dr is definitely not a good doctor.

    This review is for the dentist only. I can't comment on the treatment because I didn't end up getting any. I would like to comment on the customer service. I was left waiting for well over an hour past my appointment time with no advice from the staff that they were running behind. I finally approached the dentist as they were quickly walking past and told me there were emergency patients being seen to. They referred me to a seldom seen dental nurse/receptionist who told me there were 2 people in front of me. I can understand there are sometimes unavoidable delays but I don't accept the total lack of communication from the staff. I ended up leaving. Based on my experience I will NEVER go back there again.

    I had a frightening experience on the way home from work one day and sought the help of one of the doctors there. After questioning me and a short examination he diagnosed me and referred me to the appropriate specialist. After several treatments I was told that there was no need for me return but the problem was not fully cured. One doctor at this centre followed up and with the correct medications helped me to slowly get on top of things. Now some two (2) years later I feel my health is noticably better.
