    I dropped and damaged my Honolulu sunglasses, posted them to the Sydney address last Friday ( I'm from Perth ) telling them I was happy to pay for them to be repaired as I couldn't remember what shop I bought them from and didn't have a receipt. They repaired the lenses and posted them back the following Thursday free of charge as a good will gesture. Very happy. Worn Maui Jim's for a number of years as I work outside and like their lenses. Good to see they look after their customers.

    Cant say i had the same experience! i took my sunnies in personally to save time,i to had broken a lens ,i wasnt met with a smiling face,the repair was done quikly,and cost me $110.00 these sunnies cost $300.oo only 3 months back,i raised the issue of how the arms rub on the inside of the lenses leaving scratch marks resulting in blotches infront of my eyes,and was told that was my fault and nothing would be done! then the staff proceeded to bend the arms down,away from the glass! now the arms are loose and clicking around,i was told to keep them in the case provided,the cases are so big and heavy the stitching broke away from the clip,i asked to speak to the management,and that didnt happen,so no good will for me from them,who knows maybe someone will read this and decide not to buy maui jims ,just to let you all know,MAKO has repaired 3 pairs of warriors for me FREE of charge leroy

    I decided to upgrade my sunnies as I was sick of scratching plastic lenses. I chose Maui Jim for there nice fit and optical quality. I recently knocked them off my head and broke a lense on the concrete floor. I rang Maui Jim up and got a great response and questioned there repair time but in true form I had my glasses back within 5 days from me posting them and I live on the other side of OZ in WA. Not only that they have replaced the lenses as a Godwill warranty. I have never had service like this before and I am over the moon and will now be a customer forever! Thanks Maui Jim.
    Sometimes spending a little extra si worth it in the long run.
