    They point blank refused to help when I purchased a quite expensive ($300) light fitting that wasn't suitable for the purpose that it was bought for, even though it had not even been taken out of it's packaging. They said that their policy was NO refunds or credit notes under ANY circumstances. Just turned their back and just walked away.
